Expand the pilot program of “inspection before shipment” for export LCL goods: Carry out pilot programs in 12 directly-affiliated customs offices such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Ningbo, allowing cross-border e-commerce export goods to enter the customs supervision workplace in the form of bulk goods, undergo inspection first, and then flexibly LCL shipment according to demand.
Promote the cross-border e-commerce retail export cross-customs return supervision model: Optimize the cross-border e-commerce export return process, improve the efficiency of return processing, and promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
